Grants and Scholarships


A+ for Energy

BP is awarding grants of $5,000 to $10,000 for the classroom! BP will award up to $5 million in grants and scholarships to preK-12 teachers for innovative classroom, after-school, extra-curricular, or summer projects focused on energy and/or energy conservation aligned with the application criteria. Grants will be awarded directly to teachers, reflecting the budget request submitted with the application. Go to the A+ for Energy Website for more information.

Environmental Support Center: Training and Organizational Assistance Grants Program

The sponsor aims to strengthen the organizational effectiveness of local, state, and regional nonprofit organizations that work on environmental and environmental justice issues through improving an organization's operations, administration, and management.
Deadline:
 Individual Organization Assistance grants are due by the 15th of each month.  Group Training and Coalition Building Grants are due the 1st of each month.  All grant requests should be made at least four weeks in advance of the event/assistance.
