
2012 Conference Costs
Important:
Online registration ends Monday, Oct. 8th. On-site late registration will be available at the Bosque School from 6:30-8:00am Friday, Oct. 12 and Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012.
General Registration
Early Bird Registration (before Sept. 27, 2012): $65.00
Late/ On Site Registration (after Sept. 27, 2012): $75.00
Saturday Only Registration: $20.00
Student Registration:
Early Bird Student Registration (before Sept. 27, 2012): $25.00*
Late Student Registration (after Sept. 27, 2012): $35.00*
*Must show valid student I.D. at conference check-in
Note: There are fees for some optional extended learning workshops and field trips. Click here for more information about extended learning field trips and workshops.
Exhbitor Costs:
$200.00 per exhibitor table, includes tablecloth and 2 chairs
$100.00 per table for small nonprofits with 503(c) status
Conference Proposal Submission:
Submission of proposal is free. However, a paid registration will be required for those selected to present.
